About Camps & Community Programs

The Butler University Camps and Community Programs department provides high-quality, engaging programs for learners of all ages. Through programs designed and led by Butler faculty, students, and community professionals, participants experience the enrichment opportunities that define Butler’s commitment to community engagement and education.

Camps at Butler

Butler’s summer camps offer immersive experiences in the arts, sciences, leadership, and more for all ages. There’s a Butler camp for every interest and age, youth through adult.

Private Lessons & Group Classes

As the arts education arm of Butler’s Camps and Community Programs department, the Butler Community Arts School connects with the broader community through private music lessons, group classes, and summer arts camps.

The Butler Arts Awards

The Butler Arts Awards honor and celebrate outstanding achievement in high school musical theatre, showcasing the talent, creativity, and dedication of students across Indiana. Through this program, we strive to elevate the visibility of high school musical theatre, provide meaningful support to arts education, and highlight the vital role the performing arts play in enriching our schools and communities.
