Step into the exciting world of competitive gaming at the Butler Esports Camp! Over the course of one week, campers will develop advanced strategies, teamwork, communication, and in-game decision-making skills while receiving coaching from Butler Esports players and staff. Throughout the camp, students will scrimmage in a professional environment at the Butler Esports Park, participate in structured training sessions, and learn about competitive preparation, mindset, and leadership. Students will have the opportunity to compete at a high level, improve alongside motivated peers, and play on state-of-the-art gaming setups. This camp is perfect for players who are serious about improving their skills and ready to take their game to the next level.
This program is designed for campers entering grades 9–12 in the fall of 2026.
Camp hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Lunch is provided for campers each day.
Tuition & Deposit:
- Program tuition is $350.
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to reserve your spot. This amount is applied toward your total tuition.
- The remaining balance is due May 18, 2026, unless you are on an approved flexible payment plan. All payment plan balances must be paid at least 14 days before camp begins.
Refund Policy:
Send all cancellation requests to camps@butler.edu
- Department Cancellation: If the department cancels a camp session, you will receive a full refund.
- 30+ Days Before Camp: Full refund minus the $25 deposit.
- 14–29 Days Before Camp: 50% refund of the amount paid, minus the $25 deposit.
- Fewer Than 14 Days Before Camp: No refunds will be issued.
- Camp sessions are not prorated for vacation, illness, or missed days.
