The program features guest performances by two Butler percussion faculty artists: jazz drum set faculty member Chelsea Hughey and percussion instructor Craig Hetrick. Music by Casey Canglosi, Pat Metheny, Philip Glass, William Duckworth, Emmanuel Séjourné, and Victor LaBozzetta highlights the diversity and innovation of today’s percussion repertoire. Under the direction of Artist-in-Residence Jon Crabiel, the ensemble presents an exciting program that crosses genres and styles.
